String and hybrid inverters covered for 10 years, extendable to 15. Includes on-site replacement and labour costs — no out-of-pocket expenses.

Lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) batteries with a 10-year or 6,000-cycle warranty (whichever comes first). Retains 80% capacity at end of term.

Our CEC-accredited installers guarantee every roof penetration, cable run and mounting system for 10 years. Covers leaks, structural issues and installation defects.

Warranty Exclusions

To keep your warranty valid, the system must be installed by a Good Frequency CEC-accredited technician and serviced at the recommended intervals. Exclusions include:

  • Damage caused by unauthorised modifications or third-party repairs
  • Physical damage from extreme weather events beyond design ratings (e.g. cyclone, flood, hail above rated impact)
  • Damage due to negligence, vandalism or improper maintenance
  • Cosmetic defects that do not affect performance
  • Systems moved to a new property without Good Frequency approval and re-inspection

How to Make a Claim

    Contact our support team by phone or email with your system ID and a brief description of the issue.

    A qualified technician will assess the fault remotely within 48 hours, or schedule an on-site visit within 5 business days.

    If a component needs replacement, we handle warranty claims directly with the manufacturer — you don't deal with paperwork.

    Repairs or replacements are completed at no cost to you for any covered item within the warranty period.
